This policy explains what Clipzuno a Threads Video Downloader collects when you use the site, what happens to it, and what we do not do. It is written to be read, not skipped.
The Short Version
- No account is required. We never ask for your name, your email or your Threads login to use the downloader.
- We do not store the videos or photos you download. Nothing you save passes through our storage.
- We do not sell, rent or trade information about you to anyone.
- The Threads link you paste is passed to a third party service that locates the media file. That is the only place it goes.

Information You Give Us
The links you paste
When you submit a Threads post URL, it is sent to our server and forwarded to a third party media resolving service, which returns the direct download link. We do not save these URLs in a database and we do not build any record of what you have looked up. The third party handles that request under its own privacy terms.
Emails you send
If you email us, we receive whatever you choose to put in that message, including your email address. Those messages sit in a standard email inbox and are kept only while they are still relevant.
Information Collected Automatically
Server logs
Like nearly every website, our hosting provider keeps standard access logs. These usually record an IP address, browser type, operating system, the page requested and the time of the request. They exist for security and fault diagnosis. They are not tied to any identity on our side, and the host rotates and discards them on its own schedule.
Cookies
The downloader itself sets no tracking cookies. You can paste a link and save a file without accepting anything. WordPress may set functional cookies if you leave a comment or sign in as an administrator, and your browser can block or clear those at any time from its settings.
Third Party Services
Media resolving service
The Threads URL you paste is passed to a third party API so the media file can be located. Only the URL is sent. Nothing identifying you travels with it.
Hosting
The site runs on third party hosting infrastructure, which processes incoming requests and maintains the server logs described above.
Meta, Threads and Instagram
The download itself happens directly between your device and Meta's servers. Clipzuno is not part of that connection and cannot see it. Meta's own policies apply to that transfer. Clipzuno is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Threads, Instagram, or Meta Platforms, Inc.
What We Do Not Collect
- We do not ask for or receive your Threads, Instagram or Meta login credentials.
- We do not build user profiles or track behaviour across sessions.
- We do not require registration of any kind.
- We do not sell, rent or share personal information with data brokers.
- We do not keep copies of the files you download.
How Long Information Is Kept
Nothing tied to the downloader is retained once your request finishes. Server logs are held by the hosting provider for a limited period and then discarded under its own retention schedule. Emails are kept while there is a reason to keep them and deleted when there is not.
Children's Privacy
Clipzuno is not directed at children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and it will be removed.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information held about you. Because the downloader collects nothing tied to your identity, in practice this will normally apply only to emails you have sent us.

Security
The site runs over HTTPS. Requests to the media service are made from our server rather than from your browser, which keeps the service credentials out of public view and prevents them being read from the page source.
No system is perfectly secure and we do not claim otherwise. What we can say is that there is very little held here to lose in the first place.
Links to Other Sites
Clipzuno links out to Threads posts and may link to other websites. Once you leave this site, this policy no longer applies and the destination site's own terms take over. Worth reading theirs.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Significant changes will be reflected here rather than announced individually, so it is worth checking back if this matters to you.
